Task-based phase I is an alternative to the standard 25 or 40 hour flight testing requirement for amateur-built aircraft. Tom will discuss the newly published Advisory Circular 90-89C guidance, enabling task-based phase I flight testing. Qualifies for FAA WINGS credit.
