Spark-ignition reciprocating engines require that fuel be mixed with air in the proper proportion to support efficient combustion, a process known as "fuel metering." In this webinar, maintenance expert Mike Busch discusses various methods of accomplishing this — float carburetors, pressure carburetors, throttle-body injection, intake port injection — and explains how each of these metering mechanisms works. Qualifies for FAA Wings and AMT credit.
