Vic Syracuse will help educate builders and non-builders on the nuances of performing a condition inspection on an amateur-built airplane. Vic has done hundreds of condition inspections and will be showing many findings, including where to look for maintenance wear items. Vic is a designated airworthiness representative, and has built 11 airplanes, and is a member of the EAA Homebuilt Aircraft Council, additionally he writes a monthly column called “Checkpoint” for Kitplanes magazine. Qualifies for FAA Wings and AMT credit.
