In October of 2015 TBM Avenger owner Brad Deckert had the once in a lifetime opportunity to take his Avenger back to Oahu, Hawaii, where it was based after WWII. Brad discusses the significant logistics involved in the planning and execution of the trip, where the plane was flown as cargo in a C-5 Galaxy. Brad shares the amazing story of the flights he made while in Hawaii, flying around the island and specifically over the Arizona Memorial in Pearl Harbor. Tune in as Brad shares some simply stunning photographs of this trip and recounts the trials and tribulations to make it happen.
