Who's Responsible for What?

Wednesday, October 5, 2016 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM CDT

Presenter: Mike Busch

When it comes to maintaining an aircraft in airworthy condition, various parties have separate and distinct responsibilities: the owner, the A&P mechanic who repairs it, the IA who inspects it and signs off the annual, and the FAA Airworthiness Safety Inspector at the FSDO who ensures that the other parties follow the rules. Mike Busch discusses the specific regulatory obligations of each of these parties. Qualifies for FAA Wings and AMT credit.
